Before You Submit

Prior to submission, please ensure that:

• The manuscript falls within the journal's scope.
• The work has not been published previously.
• The manuscript is not under review by another journal.
• All listed authors have approved the final version of the submission.
• Necessary ethical approvals and permissions have been obtained where required.

Accepted Article Categories

EJMP welcomes submissions in the following formats:

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format and arranged in the following order:

• Title
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Main Text
• Acknowledgments (if applicable)
• Funding Information
• Conflict of Interest Declaration
• References

Title Page Requirements

The title page should be uploaded separately and must include:

• Article title
• Short running title
• Author names
• Institutional affiliations
• Corresponding author information
• ORCID identifiers (if available)

Abstract

The abstract should provide a concise overview of the study and clearly describe:

• Purpose of the study
• Research methods
• Key findings
• Principal conclusions

Authors should also provide 3–6 keywords for indexing purposes.

Figures and Tables

• Submit figures in clear, publication-quality format.
• Tables should be editable and not embedded as images.
• All figures and tables must be cited within the text.
• Legends and captions should be provided separately.

References

Authors are required to format all citations and references according to the MLA referencing style. Accuracy of references remains the responsibility of the author(s).

Ethical Standards

Research involving humans or animals must comply with applicable ethical standards and institutional requirements. Authors may be asked to provide supporting ethical approval documents during editorial assessment.

Review Procedure

Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening before being forwarded for Single-Blind Peer Review. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer recommendations before a final decision is reached.

Authors retain ownership of their intellectual work. Published articles are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing broad dissemination with appropriate attribution.
